I went in to see Dr Kravitz about 5 months ago for a foot problem I have on my left foot. He told me he needed to do x-rays on both my feet to see the actual problem. I told him that if my insurance covered the x-rays I was ok with getting them done. I made sure to let him know that if they were not covered then I did not want to continue since I don't have the money to pay for them. He went to talk to his employees to get more information. Dr Kravitz came back and told me not to worry about it since the x-rays were going to be covered and I was not going to pay anything. I got the x-rays done. About 2 months later I received a bill from Yuma Regional Medical Center saying I owe more than $1,200. I called the Foot and Ankle Center to try to get in contact with Dr Kravitz to speak to him about the issue. I received a call from him later in the day. He told me he was sorry about what happened and that he was going to make a call to get this issue resolved. Nothing was done. I recently got a call from a collections agency saying that I still owe more than $1,200. I have made multiple attempts to get in contact with Dr Kravitz and the receptionists at the Foot and Ankle Center are very unprofessional. They have not allowed me to speak to Dr Kravitz. They keep saying that if I have any billing issues I have to call the billing department, which is no help since what they are telling me is that I need to get in contact with Dr Kravitz to get this issue resolved. How can I get this issue resolved if no one at the Foot and Ankle Center allow me to get in contact with him. I recently called the Foot and Ankle Center again and talked to receptionist "Florencia". She was very rude and unprofessional and told me Dr Kravitz was not available. I asked if there is an email available for Dr Kravitz to maybe get in contact with him that way. She said: "Nope". Now it seems I'm stuck with paying for the x-rays. Plus no x-rays were provided to me by Dr Kravitz so I'm not sure what I'm paying for. Not just that, but now my credit is going to be affected since the bill went to a collections agency. I hope Dr Kravitz sees this and actually fixes this issue

They are a great staff and work very well together. I highly recommend them to anyone that is having issues with their feet.

Dr Goss was great. Very clear in explaining the issue and solutions. He understood our situation of being out of state and was patient as we discussed course of action.

I feel that the doctor could have done little more and why I feel that way, I'm still in alot pain and I have burning and sharp pains My feet fall asleep. As a result I am still not able to walk and stand any length of time at all its hindering my day to day activities. Don't get me wrong everyone at the clinic were very nice and polite. Thank you for your time.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kravitz!! He performed 3 surgeries on my daughter so we spent a long time with his office. Everyone from the front office were amazing and I can't rave enough on how great Dr. Kravitz was with my daughter!! Thank you for everything!!
