And for her to be acting in such unprofessional manner in front of my daughter shows what type of person she is. From the 7 months ago message of her actions to today. I cannot believe this facility would continue keeping her on board to deal with any patient. If the Director of physicians would have addressed her actions and care with her months ago I would not have experienced the worst medical care I’ve ever did see with my youngest daughter as witness to such actions towards me.
- December 2021 by Joy ClayDr. Doi and team are great! They are fast, efficient, and friendly. The office is very clean and inviting. I have specific health needs and Dr. Doi has been very helpful in keeping my feet healthy. Highly recommend!
- December 2021 by AmandaMy child was seen there recently by Dr. Doi who had the absolute worst bedside manner. She was aggressive during the procedure and dismissive of questions. How providers interact with patients, through their tone, body language, and actions, has a major effect on the patients' overall experience and understanding of their condition which is especially important when the patient is a child and a parent/guardian is present. Dr. Doi needs to reevaluate how she treats her patients. Would recommend seeing another provider at this location.
- December 2021 by m greerDr OBryant was excellent ! Very informative and gave me a sheet to use to do stretching 3X daily. The front desk lady was great and so was the lady in the back taking the x-rays! Great experience and felt very well taken care of! Great location as well!
