- December 2021 by Doggie StyleHaving previously experienced a Neuroma in right foot yrs. previously, The first time was a breeze. Only a band-aid and running again in 8 days I didn't expect the years of debilitating horror caused by Dr. Richards mess she made of my left foot. I was in tears with pain for 3 months. I wore a boot for 6 weeks! I trusted and did not inquire or search reviews. During 11 years later the 4th toe curled under and the neuroma came back THEN the 3rd toe began to show nerve damage and paralysis. Both toes are curling under and the nails are jammed into the floor of the shoe creating significant pain. Not very pretty either. I am scheduled for surgical pins inserted to both toes with hope of relief. Run for your Life, NOW!

She is always so welcoming, listens to the situation and then gives me her opinion about treatment options. She suggested orthotics for my 2 problems and thoroughly explained all of the options with those (including insurance and not). I have referred her always as a great, honest and caring podiatrist.
