- December 2021 by Teresa TanNo complains with Dr. Woodward , highly complain about the receptionist or assistant, who is very, very rude when you call to follow up for patients. Explaining she can never answer that question because the Doctor is the one making his schedule everyday. Understood! Plain and simple English, but I called for a patient and a carehome owner wanting to know when the doctor will visit, so I ask her again if there is any other way, maybe call back later so she can ask the doctor, because again the patient and carehome owner wanted to know. And she raised her voice and said let me explain it to you again in a high pitch insulting tone of voice, did not even gave any alternative for a client or representative of their client to when the docotor will see the patient.. if there is Zero stars I will give her that, many complain about the receptionist has been rude for a long time, but she still works there, I guess it’s ok to be rude to your clients! Very unacceptable ,unprofessional ,uneducated no proper breeding at all! By the way her name is Wendy!
- December 2021 by John CrosbyMy mother is 91 years old and bedridden. She has three great caregivers, but they are unable to trim her toenails because of thickness issues. Dr. Woodward made a house call (yes, housecall) and took care of her neglected toenails in one visit. His bedside manner was great and he gave mom relief from her painful feet. Five star care for sure. Mesa resident.
