Oconee County, Georgia is one of the fastest growing counties in the state.  And the growth outlook isn’t going to slow anytime soon.  There’s already confirmation that large manufacturers such as Caterpillar are on their way to the Athens-Clarke County and Oconee County areas.  And with Oconee County having the highest income level per capital in the state of Georgia, you can bet that the executives from Caterpillar will be making Oconee County their home.

This demand will most certainly bring increases in Oconee County with new and existing home purchases.  And with all of this growth in homeownership in Oconee County, you can’t help but wonder where to turn to get the best homeowner insurance rates.

Certainly you can look down the road to Athens, the nearby city that is also home to the University of Georgia, and find plenty of solid homeowner insurance providers.

But what about finding the best homeowner insurance rates right there in Oconee County?

There’s only one agency that comes to mind when considering homeowners insurance right in Oconee County and that is Pachuta Insurance Agency.

Located in the hub of Watkinsville, Ga., Pachuta Insurance Agency is available to meet face to face with their clientele to discuss the best possible homeowner insurance policies for your new or existing home coverage.

Johnny Pachuta, the owner of Pachuta Insurance Agency, is a homeowner in Oconee County himself and understands exactly what kind of coverage you and your family need to protect yourself and your investment in your home.

With Oconee County growing as quickly as it is, and with the school district becoming more and more attractive to families, you can be sure that the home ownership rate is going to climb.  Especially with the likes of Caterpillar, and other manufacturers in the future, that plan on calling Oconee County home.

Patch.com recently wrote that The Development Authorities of Oconee and Athens-Clarke counties are purchasing a portion of the privately owned 940-acre Orkin tract where Ga. Highway 316 and US Highway 78 meet and will lease* about 250 acres to heavy machine maker Caterpillar for a manufacturing facility, Oconee County Commissioner Jim Luke said on Friday.  Caterpillar will bring about 1,400 jobs, Luke said.  The counties are agreeing to provide road structure and tax abatements as an incentive, splitting the costs 50-50, Luke said. Financial details are expected to be released later today.

Again, with Caterpillar coming into the Oconee County area there will be strong demand for homes in the Oconee County area.  When it comes to homeowner insurance policies, Pachuta Insurance Agency should be your first choice for coverage.
